Diversity Statement
Moving Mountains LLC is committed to supporting all people and making diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of our day-to-day operations. We will work with all groups to ensure we are meeting needs and changing as the company continues to grow so that all employees and clients feel they are accepted and valued as members of Moving Mountains LLC.
As Moving Mountains LLC grows, the company will be aware of unconscious bias, communicate and train on the importance of understanding and noting bias in our own behavior, pay staff equitably based on education, experience, and work ethic. A diversity and equity training program and refresher will be completed twice per month during staff meetings. Teams will vary on each team to ensure that all staff are working with a variety of other employees. In time, a Diversity Officer will be designated to ensure we are working on being aware of potential biases, rectifying any areas of bias and treating each employee equitably.
